Obstacles on the lawn

While we try to be careful and not mow over items, we do not guarantee these items safety nor are we obligated to pick them up. We assume no responsibility or liability for items left in the lawn that are destroyed by our equipment. Please be sure to have your lawn clean of toys, hoses, animal droppings, etc before we come to service your lawn on your scheduled day.

Gates

Our crews are very careful about locking and/or closing gates, but we cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard as they enter or exit, especially since doing so requires extra time with the equipment. Therefore, please check your gate prior to letting your dog out to ensure they remain inside your yard and safe. Also, if the gate is locked/blocked/stuck, we will not return to mow the backyard but will instead, wait until your next scheduled service day to service this area. If the gate is locked/blocked/stuck we do not hold the responsibility of calling or knocking on the door to request access. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for assisting us in this area.

Rain Delays

If we can not mow on your scheduled visit due to rain expect a 1 -2 day delay in service. We stay in touch with our customers via email.

Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the with the work Perfection Lawn & Landscape,LLC has provided we want to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with your lawn service please contact us within 24 hours and we will send a crew back out to fix the job. If you are unsatisfied with any of our other services (landscaping) please contact us within 3 days of completed service and we will do everything we can to fix the issue. We want you to be happy with our service and if you are not, please let us know and we will make it right.

Service Cancellations 
 Our goal is customer satisfaction. You may cancel your service at anytime. Neither party is obligated to continue service.
